not able to view all posts under different topics on the message boards

I usually post on the non-op message board, and it seems like we're having a few problems. The newest issue, is that, when viewing topics in the message board, you can only see about 3-4 posts. In the past their was a scroll bar, allowing the reader to scroll down to view all posts. Now it's missing and we arn't able to view everything.

I'm trying to duplicate the problem. It is occuring when you are on this page http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/non_postops/a,messageboard /board_id,5493/ or only on certain individual posts?
