Has he had an training? Has he ever done a tattoo before? Personall I would stick with the shop that you are already comfortable with and know.

Hi all I just found out a freind of mine is gonna get a tat gun and start doing tats. I was thinkng of going to him for my next tat but not sure. Cause I know how good and clean the place is I go to now do not know how friend would be and if he would just clean needles and re use or get new ones

I know you asked this a little while ago, but I'm responding now...I have a tat on my leg of a wolf howling...with my Dad's initials underneath it. When my Dad died in June of 2000; my mother, sister and I started seeing wolves everywhere...in looking up what they meant in dreams and such, it is thought by Native Americans that the spirit of the wolf pack leader would always return to watch over his "pack"...so on the one year anniversary of Daddy's death, I got the wolf with Daddy's initials under it.
I have a tat on my low back, just got it on September 5th...it's of a butterfly (I know...cliche around here; but oh well) with tribal vines coming out of the sides...the butterfly signifying my WLS and escaping the ****oon of MO and the vines signifying growing as a person.
So...the long and the short answer to your question, is go ahead and get Grampa's name or initials...whatever is special to you!!

This board needs some action...and so does the piercing one. I am tattooed, pierced and very fat freak!!! 
I strive to be good at all my endeavors...so I work on being the best freak I can be!

I am just hoping that after I have wls, that my skin snaps back a bit or some of my tatts are gonna look a little floppy! 
well I guess if that happens, I will just have to have major cover up work done!!!

Topic: INKSLINGERS BALL HOLLYWOOD CA.
Hey all the inkslingers ball is this weekend at the Hollywood Paladium Friday through Sunday 9-16-05 to 9-17-05. It's one of the biggest Tattoo Conventions they have here. The cost is $20 at the door. Hope you get a chance to go.
