Approval Monday for surgery from UHC but now we are in COBRA mode and sent first check Tuesday surgery scheduled for OCT 23rd after payment posted through UHC.
Is there anyone out there that had UHC approved and surgery done while under COBRA coverage for this UHC in Louisiana?
