I'm not sure if anyone is interested, but I make covers for the head strap and tubing to get rid of some of the ugly!  You can check out some samples at www.dressupsbybrenda.net if you think you'd like to dressup that ugly machine a little bit!

Before you go out and buy another machine your Bi-pap may be able to be set up as a cpap with a few setting changes. Also, if you buy a new machine check out the APAP that senses your pressure needs automatically. It will prevent having to have repeated sleep tests while you are losing weight. You may already know all this but In case you don't...

I found an old one (I am such a pack rat!) It is made by ResMed.  But there is no style number on it.  I went to the ResMed webpage and I think it is the ultra mirage II.  In the product description it mentions a dual wall cushion which sounds like what I call the bellows or pleat.  I have to tell you getting this mask made such a difference for me when my pressure was so high.  Like I said the mask was literally blown off my face by the force of the air.  You can see the mask I think it is here...  http://www.resmed.com/us/products/ultra_mirage_ii_nasal/ultr a-mirage-ii-nasal.html?nc=patients

OK, scrap that last answer, I just noticed that on the headgear it says Mirage Activa.  http://www.resmed.com/us/products/mirage_activa/mirage-activ a.html?nc=patients
