In case it matters, I'm using a Fisher & Paykel HC221LE with a setting of 17. (Is that high? I don't think I've seen anyone else with that high a number in the recent posts I've read.) Thanks again, Beth

Beth I also have a setting of 17. Yes, that is high. Thank goodness I have a ramp button to push to start out or else I"d blow away!
