Hey Ginger...
Sorry I have not posted but I had my WLS surgery August 25th and feel great. Even though I am one of the older ones (age 67) and had severe apnea I sailed through the surgery, walked in about 3 hours, went home in 2 days and am now back to work. I'm losing about 1/2 pound a day and for the most part feel fine. Some discomfort when I eat too fast but no dumping yet. Sometimes tired but happy. And...I don't know if it is psychological or what but I don't seem to need the C-Pap. I don't seem to have the symptoms, i.e. falling asleep at intersections etc. If anyone has questions about the surgery I'd be happy to answer. They didn't require me to wear the C-Pap in the hospital so as far as I am concerned I never want to see it again.
