Dry Mouth W/cpap

Does anyone wake up with dry mouth and a bitter taste in their mouth during the night?????? If so what did you do to help with this problem?? Thanks, Jim Fritz

Jim, I have that also. I have heard that if you add humidity it helps. I have had my cpap for a little over a month now and I'm going to ask to have humidity added. I was told about it when I first got it. I thought I would try without it first. If you have humidity added I was told you must have the machine lower than you when in use. Hope this helps. Cindy

I have had a BiPap ma*****e for over 11 years now and I always have this problem. A few things help. 1.) brush your teeth before going to bed. 2.) get a humidifier I don't use the humidifier all the time but sometimes I do
