SLEEP TROUBLES

Hello all!  Prior to WLS, I had OSA.  3 years post surgery I had another sleep study (home-based) and they've determined that I no longer have OSA but that I still have sleep problems.  My Pulmonary (Sleep) Doctor recommended Provent and Medicare & Medicaid do not YET cover it.  Anyone have any luck in getting them to cover it.  I've never been able to handle the C-PAP, BI-PAP, or the Mouth Guard?  I have also tried prescription sleep meds and natural sleep medication (i.e. Melatonin and Valerian Root).  Another doctor I have calls it maintenance sleep apnea as generally I have no trouble falling asleep but I have trouble staying asleep.  When I had a sleep study before I was also told I NEVER reach REM sleep so I suspect that is still the case.  I am ALWAYS exhausted no matter how much I sleep.
