co-morbidity determination

My insurance says my sleep apnea has to be a 16 or higher to qualify as a co-morbidity.  I received my diagnosis today, but do not know what my level is.  My insurance is UHC,  Does anyone have information on this?

Update --- got a copy of my report, which shows an AHI level of 7 which of coarse, does not meet insurance requirements to be counted as a co-morbidity.

Do you have any other co-morbids such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.?
