I went online to find out how to change my cpap pressure, did it in 2 minutes and had a better night's sleep than I have for the past 3 weeks.  I'm not advocating for anyone else to do it, but am so relieved I was able to lower my pressure # by two as lately due to my weight loss, it was feeling like a tornado was being pushed through my nose and I was waking up with my mouth bone dry and choking on air bubbles.  No more!!!

Hi;
I'm in the same boat as you were.  Having a hard time sleeping with all that air being pushed in.  Where did you get the directions to lower your setting?  I've lost over 90 lbs and have another 60 to go to my goal.  I'm hoping I will be able to give up my machine by then.

I just googled "changing cpap pressure" and looked for directions that matched my machine model.  It was easy :)
