My husband has sleep apnea since a year ago he lost just a bit of weight but now he doesn't want to wear his mask and i beg him to wear what can i do

Or you could pinch his nose when he snores and when he keeps waking when you keep pinching him, you keep telling him he needs his c-pap to stop the snoring so you may sleep.

That's what my wife( if I had one) would do.
