CPAP
I've had mine for a little over 2 weeks now and I do that every night, too. I'm aware that I'm doing it, but every night at 3am (it's always that time), I just can't wear it anymore...I'm itching to get it off. The other night I woke up and took it off and thought that I had left it on most of the night ( I though it was about 6am), but I must have been dreaming because I did a double take at the alarm clock and guess what time it was? 3am. lol I'm starting to feel more comfortable with it on in the last week, so I'm hoping over the next few weeks that it doesn't bother me anymore and can hopefully keep it on for a whole night. I've been told it can take 4-6 weeks to get used to it completely.
I used to do that too. I used to have the settings on a ramp and then it would regulate the pressure according to my needs at night. There were times I woke up feeling like I was choking. Other times I woke up and I had removed it and not remembered doing it. The cure for me was to have a steady pressure all night. I now start up with the full pressure too because as I would fall asleep, the pressure would slowly climb and I would keep waking up. I pray you find what works for you.
