HI everyone,  I am sooo excited I got my cpap today after two weeks of waiting.  I know the mask can be a pest but it does not really bother me.  I am looking forward to getting a good nights sleep for a change instead of waking up 3-4 times a night.

Thats great! What kind of mask do you have? I have one that goes over my chin, mouth, and nose with the straps all over my head. It took quite awhile for me to get used it. Let us know how you do with it!

The nose pillows only go into the nose, it is not like a mask that coves the nose/mouth.  it does have head gear but it is great if you wear glasses or read before you fall asleep.

I've been on cpap for a year now and it has changed my life.  I am not as sleepy as I use to be during the day.  Sleep like a baby.  I tried the nose pillows, but I like the small mask over my nose best.  I am looking forward to getting my weight off so I don't have to use it anymore, but I will actually miss my cpap.  It makes a soothing sound as well as helping me sleep.  Good luck.

I'll bet you wake up a lot more than that!  I am happy for you.
