I ahve had my CPAP a few months now and have adjusted fine to it thank goodness. The one problem I have is in the mornings I coulgh sometimes and it makes me sick to my stomach. Sometimes I gag and throw up a little. I know TMI. Anyways this has been since I have had my CPAP> I am waiting to get my lap band approved and I know thorwing up is not good if you have the lap band. Thanks.

I cough and throw up because I have post nasal drip build up in the back of my throat. I'm currently seeing an Ear, Nose & Throat specialist to figure out why that happens. (I've also been told to stop using my CPAP machine until my post nasal drip is sorted out.) I hope you figure out what is causing you to get nasueaus and throw up.

Make sure that your humdifier is on (not too high).  Also see if you can burp in the morning.  You might just have air in your stomach.
