Topic: I got my Jan gift...
I am about 2 weeks late reporting this gift, So fear not my secret pal I did recieve it in good time. I opend it to see a neclace with 2 infinity rings, one for health and one for success. It struck me as pretty, I smiled and placed it back in the box and went about with my busy life...
today when I was feeling down, I saw that pretty purple(topped with an inspirational quote on the top) box just sitting there by my computer and I opened it again, there ingraved in metal were the words HEALTH,and SUCCESS. I have basically been told by my Dr, he was not thinking about WLS for me. but here was 2 reminders as toWHY I needed the surgery, my health, and to succeed in my life. It is because of your gift, behind kind words that I have more deturmination to insist a referal from my Dr.

Hey Buddy!! We are doing fine now. There were some complications with my surgery. I have some problems with my liver that they didn't know about. Apparently, if these problems had gone undiscovered I would have had to have a liver transplant in the future. Thank God I had the surgery and it was found. This turned out to be such a blessing. Everything else has gone fine. We are sore and stiff, but we are walking and sipping. We are now on the LOSERS bench and its all downhill from here. Thanks for thinking of us.
