Hi there: Dr. Williams performed my lap band surgery on March 18th. Somehow I think I have met you before in one of the waiting rooms. hah!
This is now week 5 after lap band surgery and I have already lost 36 lbs. Last night I had to attend a banquet on the "Rubber Chicken Circuit" in a snooty restaurant.
The menu was: Boston Bibb Lettuce with Bleu Cheese, grape tomatoes, spiced pecans, blueberries, topped with Citrus Vinaigrette, French cut Chicken Breast with Lemon Caper Sauce and spinach on a bed of Parmesan Risotto, with New York Style Cheese Cake topped with Raspberry Coulis. Coffee with freshly baked rolls and butter.
Gaaack!
I remembered my training, thanks to "Nurse Ratchet", (whom I adore), and I ate only 1/5 of all the food, with no cheesecake, or pecans and I slipped the waiter a fiver and he had a "to go" box waiting for me at the front door when I left with even some extra food inside. I have enough food left for 3 or 4 more meals!

i just wanted to let you know I am getting to know the gal you sent me and she is so amazing. I still haven't heard anything from someone trying to get to know me. Have I done something wrong? I don't understand. This type of stuff always seems to happen to me.... :(

Add me as a friend and I will forward you a questionnaire to fill out and return ASAP. The new quarter began on April 1st but I have several late people that I am allowing to join. I intended to assign people tomorrow so you need to get with me quickly.
You will need to contact your person once a week and send her a nice gift of at least $10 each month. I assign new pals every 3 months. Someone else willl be assigned to you so you make 2 new friends each quarter.
If you can adhere to these guidelines, we would be happy to have you in the program. Let me know right away. Be sure to add me as a friend so I can forwar you the questionnaire.

To be a pal, you must contact your pal once a week and send her a nice gift of at least $10 each month for 3 months and then you get a new one after that. If you can adhere to these guidelines, we will be happy to have you. I need you to decide quickly as it is already way into April. You will still be expected to buy an April gift for whoever you are assigned to.

To find the forum go to: forums->off topics-> then click on secret pals. Look for the OH member rentacars3...her name is Rona and she can set it up. YOu can also read ohter post that can tell you how it works.
