If you are interested in signing up, let me know.  I actually don't have any other Canadians signed up for this quarter, but, I can usually find someone who is willing to send to Canada.  I think it's just a little more work with the customs forms, etc.  I used to have others so it's possible that someone else from Canada will sign up for the next quarter.

If you have specific questions that I can answer for you, I'd be more than happy to.  I had an RNY almost 3 yrs ago and lost 185lbs.  I must admit that I have put a little of it back on, but I still believe that it saved my life.  I just need to work a little harder to watch what I eat and I'll be fine.  My email address is:  [email protected] if you want to send me a private message and ask me anything that you need to know, and if I'm able, I will answer it.  Or, you can send me a PM on here or request me as a friend if you are a facebooker and put OH in your request and we can talk on there.  I spend more time on there and my private email that I do on here, but I will reply as quickly as I can.

I'm sorry that I have been remiss in checking the board more often.  I check my messages but not the actual board.

I am the coordinator of the program.  The rules have been posted but if you need more info, let me know and I will repost.  You can contact me on here or via email at:  [email protected]  To be honest, I check my email more often than I do here...

I will be posting the end of March asking who wants to be included in the next quarter which will be for April, May and June.  If you are interested, send me a PM or an email and I will send you a questionnaire to fill out.  PLEASE be sure you are ready to TOTALLY commit because I STILL have people sign up who do not follow through and it's nervewracking!  This is a completely volunteer group and yet, I still have people sign up who just don't cut it.

I will be more than happy to be there for support if you want to email me and we can converse that way.  Or, you can message me at my OH address, and I will respond in a day or so.

The following is how to start with the Secret Pal board:


You make a request to oh member rentacar3 and ask her when is the next sign up. She will then contact you and you fill out a form about yourself regarding your fav. color,scents,like,dislikes etc. Submit that to her and she will send your info to a pal and you will receive an info. form about your pal with the same questions.
The form gives you info. about your pal so that when you go shopping, it makes it easier.
You HAVE to  send your pal weekly emails and give support when needed.
Gifts MUST be mailed on a monthly basis and the minimum is 10.00 for gifts but if you choose to spend more...that's fine. You can send your gift at one time...some break it up and mail out twice.(depends on you)
Gifts are to be mailed out by the 15th of each month so that your pal receives it in that month.
If you don't hear from your pal or receive your gift, contact rentacar3 to make her aware.
Secret pal last three months. You can sign up again by request near the 3 month mark.

Hope this is the type of pal you are requesting if not, check out the Ontario Board and you will find friends from you hometown and perhaps you may also know someone that is already on that board
