Yes Renee - the scales could be up from the walking. It may have made you retain some fluids.

I had a great day visiting friends and co-workers. One of the guys at work gave me a big hug and said "I could see the difference when you walked up, but you know what - I could FEEL the difference. My arms fit better around you."  I knew that hug felt different.  Cool.

I got a beautiful china cabinet from one of them for my mother. No cost except to go pick it up. Drove my brother's huge truck too. I was never able to get into those big trucks that have the step on the side and a handle to pull yourself up on. I was able to get in quite easily!  Amazing.

I will be adding new pictures of myself to my photos in a few minutes. I can't see the changes in me unless the photos are side by side.
