Jim - I have Empire (NY) Blue Cross PPO and got my approval really fast. Hopefully that will happen for you too.

Doing OK, my WLS office submitted my first file to BC/BS FL today. Trying to have patience but waiting more than several months for the final psych clearance has me missing some of that patience . I will ride the staionary bike and go to the grocery and comtinue to try and change my eating habits before the hoped for WLS.

Been a busy day for me drove bus this morning they called ask me to help with the food bus.. just got home have some lunch then off to baseball/softball game this afternoon.. so busy busy.. have great day everyone

I put a post on the cali board explaining what was going on, but just wanted to stop in and say hey.
It has been a rough night, and I am tired, so I am going to go to my bible study and then come home and take a nap.

I'm here! Today is going to be a gloriuos busy day for me. I have already harvested a huge bunch of chives this morning and cut them up to dry. They were almost ready to set flowers so I needed to get that done. Can't wait to add them to food - especially eggs. Yummy!
Later I will be planting my dahlias and canna lillies. It was a huge job to get their new bed ready. But I got it done! Yahoo!
Trying to get as much done before next week as I can. Driving to the western part of NY on Wednesday for my son's college graduation. Will be there for five days. Then I will be going to Maine for three days. Back to work the day after Memorial Day.

Basically, you send e-cards, snail mail cards and supporting e-mails to your pal and then once each month you send a package of a value of at least $10.00.
