Please PM me or email me and give me an update on everything.  It was so nice making new friends at the San Ramon event last year.  We've just been to Seattle for our pre-event visits, and made lots of new friends there too!  We appreciate all of you that we get to meet in our travels. It enriches our lives.

Had a crappy day yeaterday. I am away from my own kitchen for the first time since surgery and it caught me off guard badly. I ate things that should have agreed with me, ate slow, small amounts, chewed til it was baby food and then still spent the better part of the day bowing to the porcelaine Gods. For a bit even water sent me running.
Feeling better today tho I am certainly not pushing it. Sticking to water and stuff I brought with me. I've only had a hard boiled egg, a protein shake and water today. It is staying down but I just don't feel right. Laying low and resting. Did manage to get in a two mile hike at the Audubon Center in Jamestown, NY. Very nice place. They even have a bald eagle that can't be released.
