Thank you for all your kind words and advice. I have decided that going through with the surgery is my best bet. I truly am blessed to have such a wonder OH family!

Check back in a few weeks. I know Rona plans to go through the summer but I may not --- I think summer is so busy for everyone so we may do a mini round for Zone 1 and then September - November and have December a free month. This is Zone 1. Rona and I will chat prior to and then let you all know. :-)

I had a great day!
I had surgery on a Tuesday, open, home on Friday, back to work the next Wednesday. So about 15 days from surgery date.
A week might be too soon but everyone is so different!

Today was my first day back to work after my surgery. I AM SO TIRED!! I thought that with all that I had been doing I would be ready for a long day but whoo boy am I ever ready for bed. It was a good day and I am ready for more.
Renee I know how you feel. My scale seems to be stuck and I can't figure out why. This early out I thought that I would be loosing really fast. I am okay with loosing slowly but I want to loose something! I lost 30, then I stalled, lost 9 pounds and now I'm stalled again. I probably need to ramp up the exercise. I'm not trying to ramp it up tho until I get used to being back to work first. Between work and my two mile walks something should happen.
