Today I had a wonderful relax by the pool day. Some family friends invited us over to have poolside fun today. So me, my little boy, my stepmom, stepsister, stepmoms best friend, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed a wonderful HOT sunny day in the pool. Later we were joined by my husband, my dad, and we enjoyed a very nice cook out. It's been a much needed relaxing day. My little boy is officially a water bug.

My Saturday started with going to do a baby visit (yeah, 5 days post-op).  I had my DH drive more for the company for the 1.25 hr drive each way than needing him to.  We then stopped for a WalMart trip and I was able to lap the store walking today instead of the motorized cart (again, personal goals this early out).

We got home and that damned left side is/was very sore so I took some Advil and crawled into bed to surf online and chill for the rest of the day/evening.

Tomorrow we have to go to my parent's house -- not only for Father's Day, but it is their 45th Anniversary.  We (DH and I) made them a 40th Anniversary party, but this year I figured one of my other 2 sisters could set something up - I have a bit much going on this week.

I too had horrible "burns" on my belly from the surgical tape.  I hate that stuff!

And, a little FYI --- lol, I have always had full leaded cream...it's allowed with RNY.  :-)

Thanks, Deb!  We are hanging low today and tomorrow.  I think we are both pretty nervous!  Can't wait to hear about the new beau!  :-)
