Good Morning!
I wish sleeping late was one of my traits. I was awake at 4:30 this morning. At least I didn't get out of bed til 6. Going to make for a long day. Maybe I'll be able to get a nap in.

Hi!
What's everyone doing for the fourth? Barbecue? Fireworks? Trip out of town? Hopefully at least something fun!
I've got the first two planned. My boss (and very close friend) is having a HUGE bash tomorrow. I'm bringing grilled chicken and fruit salad. Her hubby bought a ton of fireowrks (yeah, I know, illegal in NYS). Should be a good day. Hope the weather holds out.

Just a plain yucky day here. Rainy and cool. Have to work tomorrow then off the weekend. Yeah! Looking forward to kicking back. Right now sitting in the lobby of the hospital building where I have my surgery support group. Love going to this every week. Keeps me in line. My eating also got a little out of control this past week, dang that carb monster! Need to get my butt kicked tonight. Oh well.

WOO HOO! Wor****il 12:30 today and then the party begins. Not really but it sounded good! LOL! I am going to come home and kick back and relax for the next few days! My eating has been out of control so I am not going to get on the scales until Monday morning!
