Hello all and good afternoon! I am getting ready to go get my MRI done on my knee. Wish me luck!
Took the kids to the park today. They had a wonderful time. It was kinda hot, but managable. The kids are now upstairs napping. This is my favorite time of the day.
No treadmill today. Figured I would take it easy til I know what's up with the knee. Off tonight, then work Tue, wed, thur and off again Friday. Swimming on Sunday at a grad party, so that will be nice.

I'm working all week.... still really sore from Saturday...LOL! But looking forward to doing it again. BTW Renee, it'll be Saturday, September 12th instead and the reservation's for 11:45am. I figured maybe the whole group could do supper in Ottawa on the way back? I can't wait!!
Anyway, I'm taking the kids to play outside again this afternoon.... providing it doesn't dump rain on us! Hope everyone has a great day!

I made this nomination awhile back. I was surprised to see it in this month's issue. It reads as follows:
I've been looking for a way for Renee (onmywayto174) to get some credit for all the work she does with the OH Secret Pals. She puts in tireless energy and time and except for seeing how the other secret pals are rewarded by their perspective sp's she has not experienced first hand the pleasure of having a secret pal. I am forever cheering her on, but would love to see her acknowledged for her efforts with the Secret Pal stuff. Kudos and Hats off to Renee--Renee Milby!
I loved seeing this in print when I opened the magazine today! Renee' you are the best! Thanks again for all you do!
