Hi All!

{{{{hugs}}}} for you Renee. I think I understand. Wish I had some magic that would make it easier for all of us to stick to our eating plans and goals. Maybe if you tried the five day pouch test it would help.

I am kinda under the weather today. Laying low and resting. Drinking water since right now it is the only thing that my pouch likes.

OH MY GOODNESS! We might hit the 80's here in CNY! Yowsa! LOL! It has been like fall this past month!

I am doing horribly with my eating! If you even knew what I ate yesterday! And why can I eat anything and a lot of it? This is so hard for me! :-(

I will send prayers your way in August that all goes well. Sending warm thoughts your way up until then to deal with the pain you are experiencing. Best of luck and I know what you mean about this being the best surgery of my life. I am down 171 lbs since May of '08. We are taking our life back!

Hi everyone..Well first the great news I have lost 135 lbs..since 4/30/07 when I had the best surgery in my life..the lapband..I was going to have the sagging skin taken off but that has been put on hold because I am scheduled for a complete left hip replacement on Aug. 11th at Hartford Hospital.by Dr Mark Shekhman..So please say prayers for me...Then I will be out of work 6-8 weeks but I will be able to walk, sit, stand and lay down without all this pain..thanks for being there You folks are great.
