Good morning! Right now I am so tired. Heading for sleep. A staffing issue at work resulted in me going back in at 11p last night. I am now 29 hours without sleep. So in a way it is good night! Back later.

Hello everyone!
It's a chilly and rainy morning in central Iowa, but I am at work and ramping up to kick some butt!
I am struggling with finding a protein powder that I can mix with water that doesn't taste yucky
... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am headed to the hospital for my blood draw. I have an appointment with the surgeon on Friday. Hard to believe that it has been 8 months already!

I went to Wonderland on Saturday and had a blast!!! The Behemoth was amazing!! I've lost enough now that I fit in all the rides and I fly up out of my seat...LOL!!! Here's a link to the video of a friend and I on the Sky Flyer.....

I'm doing great!! My daughter spent the night at my sister's house last night and so after the daycare children went home, My son and I went to pick her up and we stayed for supper..... it was a nice night :)
