It's a beautiful day in central Iowa

We are going to Adventureland (local amusement park) today. It is kind of a bummer for me because walking so much is very hard on my body and I LOVE rollercoasters but can't fit into them anymore. BUT I do enjoy watching my kids ride, playing BINGO, the shows, and people watching, so it will be a fun day!

Good morning everyone! Today I am hopefully picking my mama up from the hospital. She has been in since Wednesday! Then maybe we are going to see a new house. (our landlord sucks!)
Then work pretty much for the next week straight to get caught up. Not looking forward to weigh in on Tuesday. I can feel my "time of month" coming on. Maybe I will get a nice surprise.

Hi! Today is turning out to be pretty good. Had a doctor appointment this morning, now heading out to the garden for a bit. At least as long as the weather cooperates.
I get my kick in the butt on Monday from the nutritionist. She is a brute. She is perfectly capable of telling someone that hit goal in eight months that they are not a success. This should really be interesting since I think I only lost 3 pounds in the last month. And I know it is my fault - very little exercise and not eating right. Oh well, I'll just take my kick in the keister.
