I am discovering that if the bad food is in my house, I AM going to eat it. Right now, I have crackers and icecream that really need to go bye bye. Everything else is RNY friendly, you know? We can do this Deb! I am very excited to start back a****er Aerobics so that will help with the flab and getting off some more pounds. I highly advise EVERYONE to join a Water class. It does wonders! :-)

Deb, she sounds like one of the Weigh****cher leaders I used to have. You would gain POINT 2 or POINT 4 pounds and she was all over you! Geesh! She acted like you had gained 10 overnight or something!
