Who is in charge of the secret pal program?

I think is was someone named Jackie, but not sure. I have only received a package the first month, back in Feb. Last month I received an email from a friend of my secret pal telling me she had been ill and was just getting out of the hospital. She gave me her name and address. I mail my secret pal a get well card. But have never heard from her. I guess it is to late to get a new secret pal, but I wanted to talk with the person in charge about it.
