Val's Secret Buddy can read minds!

Thanks Secret Buddy!! I have been trying to increase my exercise to two sessions per day at least 3 days a week to max. my metabolism during the window of rapid weight loss (I am 9 months out). My secret buddy must have read my mind because she sent me a book on tape - yeah. Just about two weeks ago, I re-discovered how much books on tape helped me with exercise and I am on my last tape of the only book I have. I was planning a trip to the library to find out if they carry books on tape because I am still off work due to the complications following surgery and $$ are tight. But now I can wait a little while as I have a new book to listen to!!! Also, just before I got my mail I was thinking that I need to re-do my pedicure and that I wanted to buy a new lighter pink color instead of my darker mauve winter color. Well, she sent me a bottle of light pink nail polish -actual color I was thinking I needed for spring. Thanks Secret buddy for making me feel special and cared about today!!! I am wearing scandals today showing off my new polish..... Valerie
