Hi Brenda, The gal who normally would be able to help you get setup in the secret pal exchange is gone on family business- I'm not involved in any of the workings of it - but when she comes back she'll be more than happy to help you her name is Jackie Hall. The way this one is set up we draw names electronically through a website called elfster _ Jackie does it all -entering all the basic info and then we fill out a questionaire and email it back to her. The secret pal year runs Feb - thru- Jan. The gifts are to be mailed out by the 15th of each month and be worth $10.00 - before the cost of mailing or shipping . We each get a copy of the filled out questionaireof the persons name we drew- so we have the info we need like her full name and address , what are her fav colors and types of music etc. Joyce S.

Yes we have been back for 2 weeks , thanks for posting - I wondered what had become of you .... So glad to hear from you !!!! I go see my surgeon on Thursday for my 6 month checkup (one week shy of 6 months actually).... I'm trying to prepare myself for the disappointing numbers on the scale - I feel as though I'm a failure ... according my scales at home - naked , early mornings I've only lost 83 lbs. I've been stuck in the same 2 lbs window for about 2 - 3 weeks - when I'm in long stalls like this I get so anxious and crazy over it. Oh well at least Ive been able to enjoy our vacastion more than last year and I can work out in my yard and flower beds easier this year I have such a long way to go yet, 70 to 100 lbs- depending on whose goal you have in mind - the charts the dr go by, or the nutritionists'. Thanks for letting me vent - I can't wait to get the next package - you are such a good Secret Pal ! Joyce S.
