Soft & Pretty Hands - Thanks SP
My Secret Pal sent me some great Hand Repair Therapy from Bath & Body Works (black raspberry vanilla). It is the best and my hands have not been in this good of shape since I moved to the high desert of New Mexico. Also, packed in the package were sugar-free Wethers candies. All I can say is OMG!!! They were really good. I am also sorry that it has taken me so long to post this thank you - I am having some difficulty with depression I think. I am 8 months out from surgery and I have to find a job, figure out what I am doing about the 200K in medical bills I have from complications (self pay), and just finding my way in this ever changing body and mind. I am having so problems with overall motivation, I want someone to take care of everything for me and there is only me! Why is it that I can do anything for others and can't seem to do anything for myself, other then eat right and exercise, that is!?!?? This is definitely a journey - good and bad, fun and sad, great bravery and very scary, etc. I just wanted to say a big thank you for the thoughtful gift and my new soft hands. I have even been using polish since my hands good better!
Hi Valerie,
I am so glad that you are enjoying the lotion. My skin has been especially dry since surgery, and I love a great hand creme. I am sorry to hear that you are having a tough time post-op. I am only 5 months post-op, but I have recently been very slack in my exercizing and have found myself craving sweets. I wonder if I might have some depression too. I was doing great and exercising every day and then I just got out of the habit, and recently I'm lucky to exercise 2x each week. I am resolved to get back on track. Your April goodies will be on the way soon. Keep you chin up--I am thinking about you, and hope your journey gets a bit easier.
Your secret pal!
