So Sad!

Hello fellow Secret Pals! I just have to say, i am so sad at this moment! I have been reading the posts here and all I have been reading is: Don't bother... I didn't receive... No package... ...etc... It really is such a shame that people would sign up for this program then not full fill their OBLIGATION to their Secret Pal! That is just unthinkable! It is like taking candy from a child! My heart goes out to each and everyone of you who are having problems with this program, whether they are not getting thier promised gifts, or thank you's etc... It really is too bad that some of the people that signed up for this program are so thoughtless and uncaring! Yes, life happens, but there is always time for a quick post or email...even if your computer breaks down, there are neighbours, libraries, cyber cafe's...all kinds of places you can hop on line to explain what is going on with you! There is no excuse! (Unless of course it is sickness or a death or something serious like that that prevents a post or email, etc..to explain your situation...) Hang in there guys! I firmly believe in the saying, "What goes around, comes around"!! Keep the faith! Eve p.s. My Secret Pal is a wonderful friend and I hope that the Secret Pal I have is enjoying all the gifts and cards i send her! Cheers everyone!

Hi Eve The person I have as my Secret Pal is excellent, she and I exhange emails etcs. I always know she enjoys her gifts and I enjoy sending them too her... I have had one months gift from my S/Pal and liked what she sent. She sent me an email letting me know she was having issues that caused her not to be able to send me gifts. Although I truly understand there is still a part of disappointment of not having the excitment of a gift. But life goes on. What can I do about it... I too get bummed out so many people have not heard a THANK YOU for a gift or received a gift. I just thought I would share my experience. Priscilla
