So, Is Everyone Quitting SB?

It seems like everytime I get on this board there are more and more quitting. IT is frustrating not to recieve a thank you or a gift..please be patient!! I have a buddy that is wonderful to me..and the one I am a buddy too..well I never hear so much as boo. So instead of a gift I just send a card.. Renee

Renee I think you are just as wrong sending just a card as someone that doesnt send a gift at all.. No where in the rules said you HAD to recieve a thank you or you dont need to send a gift... Maybe your buddy has computer problems and either dont have to funds to buy a new one or get it fixed.. There can be so many factors but I think you need to step up to the committment you made in joining and send the gift thank you's or not. Maybe send a note with your gift with your address and ask her or him to let you know that they are OK.. or ask Jackie to give you a new buddy but dont cheat someone until you know the whole story.. Just an opinion ( you know everyone has one..lol) I really hope you can work this out. Hugs Anona

Please do not assume anything..I have contacted Jackie and asked for a new buddy. A thank you is also part of the commitment. Why should I expend my time and energy on someone who is not interested? it is more of a burden than fun. The rules stated you could spend no more than ten dollars..but didn't say you had to spend that much. So a card is cheaper, still lets that person know you are thinking about them. My sb also lied about her package..she told Jackie she never recieved it even though she did. ( I paid the extra to get delivery confirmation) So yeah, a card is all I am sending. If you were too busy to play and say thank you then you shouldn't have signd up. My sb has told J that she was just too busy..so there are no computer problems etc. So I made my decision. PERIOD. Hi Renee, With that being said... I hope you get a new buddy soon and she or he will "play" the game as it was meant to be FUN!!!!!!!! I wasn't trying to flame you sorry if it came across that way. I just didn't want someone to feel left out.. you or your s/b Best of Luck Anona
