Hi Secret Pal- Thank you so very much for my goodies. The mug is beautiful, you are so very talented. Timing is just right too. I had my first consultation last week and the NUT said a way to get in your fluids after surgery is to drink a cup of water each hour. My thought was to get a pretty cup for my desk at work, somthing that draws my attention and start doing it now to make it a habit. When I opened your package I couldn't believe it. Here is the pretty mug that will catch my eye and remind me to drink ever hour. You must be psychic!!! Thank you for the protein mixes too. Friday I went online and was looking at all the protein items and decided I needed to order some samples. Well I decided to check out ebay and actually ordered the Nectar Ice Tea. Now I can sample the flavors you sent me before I order more. I have used the strawberry white chocolate protein mix and love it. I will definitely be ordering some of that.
