I hope you are having an awesome month so far!!! How is that bracelet working out that I sent you? You are suppose to be able to track your water intake with one of the charms...Did they include direction? Be on the look out for another surprise soon!

Wow my pal! I didn't know about tracking water - I loved the bracelet - but I loved it for it's look (posted when I got it), I didn't know there was an extra surprise to it, there were no directions, I'll have to look at the bracelet and try to figure it out. How cool is that? Hugs - Robin

Hi Robin, According to the website you move the charm around to track the number of 8 oz's of water you consume in a day... I thought it was a neat idea...you could use the second one to track your protein too

Dear Not telling - this is so cool. I just looked at really carefully - I just thought the whole thing was decorative, not functional! Now I see that the hanging charms are attached with a lobster claw, not just another regular loop. I will start using it tomorrow (not just wearing it!). Thanks again! Robin

Question: How does the weight loss bracelet work? The weight loss bracelet is meant to be used to help you keep track of the food you eat every day. Each bead represents one point of the Weigh****chers program (SM) but it can also be used to track 50 calories, carbohydrates or other items of measure. I know that some knitters use the bracelet to keep track of where they are in a pattern. Question: What do the colored beads signify? There is a colored bead that is every fifth bead. This is only meant to help you keep track more easily, with just a glance you can add up your points or units. The fifth bead is still equal to one point. Question: How do I use the bracelet to keep track of my food intake? You simply move the charm according to the number of points (or whatever unit of measure you choose) you ate. For example, if you eat an apple, you move the charm to the right to indicate a point. Question: How can I use my bracelet with the new flex points? Each bracelet comes with one charms, so you can purchase one more to keep track of the flex points. Question: Do the bracelets come with a guarantee for durability (not weight loss!)? Yes, each bracelet is guaranteed for one year. I am a single individual making the bracelets as the orders come in. Generally, I am able to ship within about 10 days. Please allow 2 weeks after ordering before you panic! For any further questions: contact me at [email protected] In other words: A bracelet made up of 30 beads, a start bead, and one movable charm on genuine sterling sliver lobster claw clasps, strung on a strong flexible elastic cord. Here's how it works: This bracelet can be used with any plan where calories, carbs, or any combination of different values need to be accounted for. And, if you're alternating between the Flex Plan and the Core Plan, the bracelet can easily be adjusted for your different point limits. Each round bead represents a point. Every 5th bead is a different size to make counting easier. The start bead gives you a starting/stopping point. You can wear your bracelet everywhere, everyday - it's that versatile. People are always complementing me on my bracelets, but they have no idea what I'm using it for! The flexible elastic cord makes the bracelet easy to put on or take off, but comfortable enough to wear all day and all night. The silver clasps and charms make the bracelet durable, functional and fashionable. You can track water and protein instead of the ww points I pulled this from their website
