ITS THAT TIME AGAIN...............

If you want to continue participating, please drop me a note so that I can include you in this quarter.  If you are new and sent me a questionnaire, please remind me so I can go back through my messages and pull them out.  If I sent you a questionnaire and you haven't returned it yet, please do so ASAP! 

I will give you all until Wednesday at 9PM to contact me so I can get everyone assigned by the weekend.  Usually gifts should be sent out by the 15th if at all possible, but, the first quarter tends to run late due to holidays.

If you had problems with your pal and haven't contacted me yet, please let me know right away.

I left a newbie question. went back to check for response...gone.
My  question is, do I wait to become a secret pal when insurance approves or do you accept now in the 6 month pre-op phase?
