IT'S GETTING TO BE THAT TIME...BUT...READ CAREFULLY
It is about time to start getting ready for next quarter so you need to be thinking about whether or not you are going to participate and contact me to let me know....BUT:
DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO WHAT YOU AGREE TO.
I am giving this 1 more quarter as coordinator because I really enjoy meeting you all, but, if I have problems like I have been having, I'm done with it. I shouldn't have to be stressed out all the time because of people who sign up and then fall off the face of the earth. This is NOT mandatory. This is supposed to be FUN and SUPPORTIVE and to be quite honest, it's been anything but for alot of you and it's not fair!
So, 1 more time, here are the RULES/GUIDELINES
You will be assigned a pal for 3 months. You must contact her at least once EVERY week (and more often if she is having a rough time would be nice). You need to send her a nice gift of at least $10 EVERY month. You should mail the gift out no later than the 15th but the main thing is that she receives it before the end of the month. (I realize that emergencies do arise - and here is where problems start - and sometimes you just cannot get them their gift on time; IF that happens, you need to contact your pal and let her know what is going on and when she can expect to have her gift AND THEN SEE THAT SHE GETS IT and also contact me so that I am aware of the problem)
Someone will be assigned to you and you will be assigned to someone else so you actually make 2 new friends each quarter.
Again,, this is NOT a MANDATORY group. It is voluntary and if you are not TOTALLY - TOTALLY committed to it, then DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!
If you are committed and want to make a new friend and join a great bunch of people, then let me know that you are going to participate and I'll start getting things organized for another quarter.

As much as I would like to participate again.... I have to take this quarter off! Funds are tight and its holiday time. I have had a blast and have meet AMAZING people and can't wait to come back. Rona, thank you for being such an amazing friend and pal!!! I firmly believe you do an amazing job and thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into this group!! I will be around!! xoxo

I would love to do this!!! It sounds like fun and a great way to meat folks. I haven't had my surgery yet, am waiting for ind approval so i need all the help I can get and love to send things in the mail and try to be encouraging to others!!

I would like to try this again. I participated over a year ago, when two women were running this. I had an excellent secret pal, but my secret pal (the one I was sending stuff too) had dropped out late in the last month (she didn't respond to anything) and I was reassigned after I had sent my original pal her stuff.
I know when I was first having surgery, my secret pal was the best and I would like to try this again and be supportive to someone else!

I was one of the 2 who were running it last year. Renee filled in while my son was in the hospital and tried to correct some problems for me. I will send you a new questionnare to fill out and return to me. I am hoping that things run smoothly this quarter and that everyone takes care of each other like they promise to when signing up!
