hey everyone i found this board am a little confused what rules someone fill me in please

Pals are assigned on a quarterly basis.   You are required to contact your pal several times a week and buy them a gift of at least $10 every month to be mailed out by the 15th with delivery confirmation.  You can use email, snail mail or OH messages to contact your pal.  You and your pal can decide whether or not to remain anonymous.  If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact me.  Thanks.
