OH MY GOODNESS! We might hit the 80's here in CNY! Yowsa! LOL! It has been like fall this past month!
I am doing horribly with my eating! If you even knew what I ate yesterday! And why can I eat anything and a lot of it? This is so hard for me! :-(

{{{{hugs}}}} for you Renee. I think I understand. Wish I had some magic that would make it easier for all of us to stick to our eating plans and goals. Maybe if you tried the five day pouch test it would help.
I am kinda under the weather today. Laying low and resting. Drinking water since right now it is the only thing that my pouch likes.

Here is the link to the web site. From what I gather, it takes you back to basics, as if you just had the surgery. Makes your pouch feel tight and restricting again, as well as help you beat the carb monster.

Hope you made it through the day OK, Stephanie. I was tired all day too but then got my second wind tonight. I rearranged my office, watch Harry Potter and then cleaned my office. Now I feel like I can get some work done since everything is organized again! :-)

I'm still kicking! Just still tired and cranky! Hopefully I'm in a better mood tomorrow, I'm taking all of the kids downtown to the sidewalk sale. They have the street blocked off and they have bouncy castles, a rock climbing wall, and games for the kids to play. Should be a good time :)

It's about 50,000. I really miss living in Toronto though *sigh*........ I was raised here in Belleville but the second I could escape, I moved to Toronto. After my daughter was born, we moved here for financial reasons but I can't wait to move back!!
