Tuesday July 14th --- Share and Care!
Hi all!
Today is turning out to be really crappy. Had a gyn appointment today. Had to have an endometrial biopsy. Very crampy all morning from that. Then to the dentist for a cleaning. That went okay. Now the aliens in my belly are cutting up really bad. Good thing the bathroom is only a few feet from my bedroom. wish I knew what set it off this time cause I won't do it again. Did nothing wrong that I know of for the last 48 hours. Oh well, I'll just ride it out.

Oh, Deb! You scheduled 2 of my most hated appointments on the Same day? You win the metal of bravery! I have to say that I have been bad about the gyno and the dentist. I told myself that when I got under 300 I would go to the gyno so make sure I call before Friday, OK? Dentist too!
