Good Morning!

Another bright and sunny day here today!  I am so excited to have a "normal" week this week.  I am "home free" until our next vacation in August.  Phew!

I'm working all week.... still really sore from Saturday...LOL! But looking forward to doing it again. BTW Renee, it'll be Saturday, September 12th instead and the reservation's for 11:45am. I figured maybe the whole group could do supper in Ottawa on the way back? I can't wait!!

Anyway, I'm taking the kids to play outside again this afternoon.... providing it doesn't dump rain on us! Hope everyone has a great day!

Stephanie, I am in!  How much is it?  I guess I will drive up Friday evening.  How long does it take?  I have always wanted to go to Québec so I will do 2 in 1!  :-)  Maybe take a day off so I can stay longer!

It's $33 CDN..... or $30 each if we have 20 or more people going. The course is about 3 1/2 hours long but the more people we have, the longer it'll take us to get through it.

It stayed nice today.... I was surprised! We're going to the local splashpad tomorrow so hopefully it stays nice :)

Awesome.  Is this a girls event or do men go too?  My hubby was interested.  We will need passports, right? 

What is a splashpad?

It's an everybody event!! There's another lady bringing her husband and I'm bringing my roommate Calvin. Yep, you'll need passports to cross over to Canada.

This is the pic that they put up before it was built, but it looks almost identical. The kids had a blast!!!

Awesome!  Know a good place to stay at in Québec near where we will be?  Do you need $ now or later?  I am going to look into passports tomorrow!

That's the first time I've taken the kids to the splashpad and I'm thinking next time, I'm bringing my suit and playing too! LOL

Hello all and good afternoon! I am getting ready to go get my MRI done on my knee. Wish me luck!

Took the kids to the park today. They had a wonderful time. It was kinda hot, but managable. The kids are now upstairs napping. This is my favorite time of the day.

No treadmill today. Figured I would take it easy til I know what's up with the knee. Off tonight, then work Tue, wed, thur and off again Friday. Swimming on Sunday at a grad party, so that will be nice.
