I am an avid Dog lover. Sometimes I think my dog is the only one that understands me. LoL. When I have a bad day she makes it better. She is beautiful, sweet, and the best friend I've ever had. I know that sounds crazy, but dogs really can become part of your family. I have a cat also, but because she was raised by my dog she is another dog as well. Full of life , love and ready to cuddle, however, she knows her place because my dog is my favorite, i leave the cat to my husband and son.

First There is LuLu the Border Collie She will be 3 on November 7th. It's highly funny her and my dad share a birthday. She is tricolored and absolutely adorable.

Then there is Kittles the brown/gray tabby cat. She'll be 1 in July but she thinks she's a dog. She's a wonderful pet except for her love of my makeup brushes and eating them lol.

I was just starting this thread for everyone to tell me about their wonderful pets and how much they mean to you, what kind are they, how old are they.

This is just a little dedication to our furry friends.

I love my dog Pictures, Images and Photos

Hi there!
I understand the love for our animals. I have 2 dogs and 1 parrot. They are all wonderful and spoiled rotten but my favorite little love is Norton our eclectus parrot.

Some people might say that birds don't have personalities. Wow, is that off the mark. My Grandpa passed away beginning of the year and I was crying into my husbands shoulder. Norton saw this traveled down his cage, ran across the room and climbed up to be with us. He looked at my DH and said "Momma sad?" My DH said yes she is but that she would be ok....Nort looked at me and said...awww no momma sad. Another time was when my brother-n-law came from out of state and Nort had never met him before...he saw him through the window and yelled out Intruder! We all got such a laugh outa that.

Its amazing the joy that the animals bring to our lives. We are going to be getting a blue and gold macaw parrot soon and it will be a baby that's just been weaned. So, we are excited to add another loving little creature to our nest! Thanks for the post.
