I think I hit ONEderland today. My bathroom scale is not accurate but I've been hovering around 200 and this morning the needle is distinctly below that. I go to the endo tomorrow, maybe his scale will agree. I won't be disappointed if it doesn't, the appointment is late in the day and we all know we are heavier at that time than in the morning. It still feels great! I started this journey at 264.5.

Let me be the first to congradulate you, Deb! What a wonderful milestone and accomplishment! I have 11 pounds to go before I celebrate Onderland and my first 100 pounds lost! I am excited and almost want to say I can't wait! Except that I'm learning to live in the moment and just relish the gift that is today! What a miracle this journey has been for me and for you.

Well......... the last time I saw onederland was probably 25 years ago and I'm going to have to wait a few more days to see it again. The endo's scale has me at 201. I'm still thrilled because I have gained so much in my life during this journey.

Fully clothed and I may have had my shoes on too - can't remember. So that means .......... I am not jinxing this by saying it. I have an appointment with my dietician next Friday. I can wait til then for 'official' confirmation.
