Thanks to my My Secret Pal
I have had some issues contacting my secret pal. I got an email from the coordinator for our area and my pal was upset they hadn't heard back from me. I felt so badly when I found out they weren't getting my emails thanking them for the ecards and the wonder box of fishing equipment.
Our computer sort of 'died' so I reloaded it but that did not help much so I formatted the hard drive and did a fresh install and it works but everything had to be setup again. I am still having some issues with Outlook, having to reset all my rules for junk-mail and all my folders for incoming mail, BLAH! I have reverted to using the laptop because I just do not have time to reinstall everything on the desktop right now. It will take hours to reload all the software I need.

I love getting the ecards (once I found them in my junk folder, it can be a Godsent sometimes and a hindrance at other times) and my son and I were very excited to get a box overflowing with fishing tackle.
We put the fishing tackle to good use this last weekend, we didn't catch anything worth keeping but we had a great time not catching worthwhile fish, heh. I think we go fishing most of the time just to spend some time together. Plus my wife gets some quiet time at home so all three of us benefit from fishing. Is that a great reason to fish or what?
Anyway, I just want my secret pal to know I am very appreciative and thrilled with the secret pal program. I wish my emails were going through, hopefully I can get things working so I can personally thank him/her for all they are doing. It really is nice to get that little pick-me-up and they seem to come at just the right time.
