Whats a secret pal?

I was playen around on here and found this site,so im just curious what its all about. :)

A secret pal offers support several times a week to her pal and sends a gift once a month (due by tthe 15th) worth at least $10 plus shipping.  You can send support in the form of email, PM or snail mail.  You keep the same pal for 3 months and then change.  The next quarter begins in July so email Renee if you are interested since she is your zone leader.  Thanks.
