Anyone have weekend plans? Sure hope the weather will be good for Easter.
I got good news this morning. I interviewed for a practice manager position yesterday for an internist....well today he personally called me and offered me the job!! YIPEE!
Even though I soooooo enjoyed my 6 month vacation, I am looking forward to this job VERY much. I cant wait to see whats in store for me. There will be challenges Im sure due to the size of the office and I welcome that wholeheartedly. Its a much larger office than Im used to managing so I do have my work cut out for me....
Now Im off to go shopping for clothes...the best part of getting a new job! I hardly have anything that fits...thats money I dont care to spend...haha

Wow, only 10 days left? I bet you are WAY excited huh? I sure do remember my last weeked...lol I think I ate everything in sight...it was my last meal kinda mentality. I think its great you are having Thanksgiving for Easter! Have a big ol bite of mashed potatoes & gravy for me!!!

Oh, Tracy...I am so glad that it is Friday! I have been sick the past few days so I tried to nap when I got home from work but I have a hacking dry cough. It just will not go away.
No plans tomorrow! Just rest and relax! Sunday we are going to my parents house and I am excited to see everyone.

Well Renee I hope you recoup over the weekend. Take it easy tomorrow like you said and hopefully you'll get into full visiting mode for the family. If you like tea, maybe you can try some hot with honey & lemon. I dont like tea but I do warm up some honey in the microwave and drizzle it over a lemon wedge and eat it. Heck, I even like doing that when Im not sick...lol

Tomorrow is a total day of rest for me. I overdid it a bit today. So I'm tired and achy right now. I felt so good this morning that I went shopping. Sunday I am making Easter dinner for my family. Since I realized I need more help than I thought, this will be a real 'team' effort. Of course since I will be only 13 days post-op there's nothing I can eat, but I can still enjoy the company. That's the best part.
