I hope that the sun is shining in your world today -- raining cats and dogs here but sun is still shining in my eyes!  :-)

The scales are finally moving again for me!

I am SUPER excited as I am seeing my PCP today and guess what?  Can you guess?  Huh, huh?  I am going to be able to get weighed!  Yes, you heard it!  I can get weighed on the metal monster!  I am going to have a picture taken of me on it!  :-)

Well good morning to you..the sun was out here this morning now it has gone in..Glad to hear you are happy about getting weighed..it is so exciting when we are happy..it is a amazing ride this weight loss stuff..but so worth it in the end...

Our day started out cold and rainy and then it warmed up but no sun.  :-)  The scale adventure was fine.  I was 326 there...323.8 at home.  I just want to see 299 so bad!

Sun is not shining nor is it warm here in my corner of the world, its cold, crappy & snowing. BLAH BLAH! But that does not keep me from stopping by and saying hello to everyone.

Renee! CONGRATS! Im happy that the scales are moving & grooving for you! And a big hand to you for being happy about going to the dr! Hope you come home with good news.

Thanks, Tracy! :-)  It was my PCP not my surgeon.  I was there for maybe 10 minutes.  No biggie.  I am looking forward to my surgeon appoinment on the 24th.  Did you get any snow yet?

No, just some flurries & some sleet. Tommorrow looks like its gonna be the same too.
I am just so ready for warm weather to get here and STAY! I love to be outside as much as possible & plant flowers and all that good stuff. Not to mention ride my Harley.

I hear ya!  I woke up to snow!  Grrr.  My yard so needs to be raked but I will not go out in the cold to do it!  :-)

It was cold and dreary here too.  Rained all day and then some ice balls.  I'm with you all, I can't wait for the warm weather.  Glad your scale is moving for you Renee.  I'm continuing to move it myself.  I wish I could eat but since I can't. at least the weight is coming off.  Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!
