i would love a secret pal please dircet me in the right direction

i am not sure what zones mean.  i am in iowa.  i just got insurance approved, my consultaion in monday they said testing would be a week from that and then surg about 3 wks from thet.
I ma having the rny gastric bypass. that is really all i know.
