Would love a secret penpal

my name is Denise and I would love a secret penpal. I did not have my surgery yet am still waiting for a date. I don't know how this works Can someone please explain to me?

We will be assigning new pals on April 1.  I believe Renee is the leader for your area.  You will be required to send your pal  a gift in the amount of at least $10 each month.  You need to keep in contact with her via email, snail mail, PM's etc. for added support.  We will be taking signups on March 15.  I'm sure Renee will respond to you once she sees this.  If you have any other questions that I can answer, feel free to PM me.

PM is a personal message through this site and Snail mail is "real" mail, with a stamp and all!  :-)
